1. Shipping

How secure is the shipping to my country?

We have successfully shipped orders to countries such as the EU, Australia, Japan, Canada, and the USA. Your order is carefully packed by Euphemia herself to ensure that your Art Print arrives in perfect condition. Additionally, we use durable shipping materials specifically designed to protect Fine-Art Prints.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Within the EU: Approx. 5–10 business days
  • International (e.g., Australia, USA, Canada, Japan): 10–21 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package at any time.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping for all orders.

Do you ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)?

Yes, we ship DDU. This means that any import duties or taxes (such as VAT) are paid by the customer.

  • EU customers: No additional charges.
  • International customers (e.g., Canada, Japan, the UK): Most countries do not charge customs fees for Art Prints. Customers will only need to pay their country’s local VAT, as we sell to these countries at net prices.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We ship exclusively with UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Therefore, we always require a complete address to ensure smooth delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

2. Packaging and Quality

How is my Art Print packaged?

Your Art Print is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to protect it from moisture and scratches. It is then placed in specially designed, durable shipping packaging.

  • Small formats: Flat cardboard boxes
  • Large formats: Sturdy shipping tubes, which are additionally placed in square boxes. Square packaging is preferred by shipping providers and ensures smoother handling.

What makes the quality of the Art Prints special?

Our Fine-Art Prints are printed on high-quality, Fine-Art Paper.

  • Inks: UV-resistant pigment inks that guarantee vibrant colors and razor-sharp details.

Every Art Print is personally checked by Euphemia herself before it is shipped.

Can I contact you directly if I have questions?

Do you stay in contact after the order has been delivered?

Yes, after delivery, we’ll follow up via email to ensure that everything arrived safely and that you’re happy with your Art Print. It’s important to us that you have a positive experience, from ordering to the moment your Art Print is displayed on your wall.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship to the following countries:

  • Europe: EU countries, United Kingdom
  • International: Australia, USA, Canada, Japan, Israel

5. About the Art Prints

Are the Art Prints limited editions?

Many of our Art Prints are limited editions and are only available in specific quantities. Even for open editions, we ensure that they are closed after a certain time, so no edition is ever produced infinitely. Every Art Print comes with a certificate confirming its authenticity.

What about the colors and paper quality?

While we do our best to depict the colors and details of our Art Prints as realistically as possible in the product photos, we often receive messages from customers who are thrilled by how much more vibrant and stunning the prints look in real life. This surprise always makes us very happy.

Absolutely! We have successfully shipped orders to France, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Japan, Canada, the USA, and Australia, among others. Whether it’s short distances or long international shipments, our shipping partner UPS ensures reliable delivery.
